Got a bad cut in the kitchen today and went here for stitches. I have a lot of medical anxiety so I was pretty nervous, but the staff were incredibly kind and supportive throughout my visit. I will definitely only be using Aayu clinics for urgent care from now on!

I so appreciate the care i got at the clinic! PA Ross Carpino took great care of me! The staff greeted me and the room had big recliner in it for my comfort. My appointment was for 4 and they closed at 5 but i didnt leave until 520. I felt bad and PA Ross said don't feel bad it was my choice. We wanted to make sure your all good. wow. Got a list if things to do in mist important order and was given a referral to Illinois bone and Joint. Got in there right away! Referred to another by them. Seeing that facility tomorrow . Then followup on Saturday with PA Ross. He was concerned about my breathing on Tuesday said i should go to Emergency and get Xray. Referred me to St Joseph Hospital Lakeshore. They were just as excellent as others. Dr Martini helped me getca meter ive been trying to get for the past 3 weeks. Amazing group of providers , all started with this clinic and PA Ross! I feel so blessed with the care i received in 5 days that ive been begging for elsewhere for years!

In on time, a rare treat in my experience in medical offices! Staff were great and showed empathy for my issue. Appreciate their quick assistance on the day after Christmas, and helping me get back on my feet.

Really great experience booking an appointment online. Staff was very friendly and the physicians were very knowledgeable. Follow up call to go over results via online call went very well and was very efficient. Highly recommend this place!

RNs and med techs are SO kind! I have had very negative experiences with doctors who I have made me feel not listened to or taken seriously, but at Aayu I felt like I was heard and taken care of
